Hi, we have floor to floor carpeting in our house, how do I toilet train my 15 month old?

Hi,
I can give you a suggestion. One of my friends she has 1 1/2 year old kid. she started giving her training like this. soon after they both get up in morning she will take to restroom and she will sit on pot and let her kid sit on the other one(kids potty).she made it daily and atlast the kid came to know in a week that she has to go to toilet like that and she started telling her that she wants to go to toilet by dragging her mom to restroom. If it sounds good thenstart doing that.
