i am 30 yr old .My sister had passed away before 2 yrs at that time her daughter was of 2 yr old,I married with her father now i don,t want any other child of mine,I want to have only my sister' s child,So pl. guide me that in future i may have some physical problem? due to not having any issue? sandya replied. i don' t know how young you are, but looks like your mind is pretty much made as to not wanting a child. Accepting your sis' s kid as your own is also a commendable postion. Now having said that, i feel that you have gotten into the marriage out of responsibility for your sis kid and not out of love for this man you married. Think about the scenario when you do fall in love with this man, say after a few years. Would you think the same as to not having a kid with him then? For most women having a kid strengthens a marriage. It is like taking the love for the other person forward, in a new direction.

For making any kind of decision, you need a cool head and not think emotionally. So, if it only recently that you married this man, then i suggest that you give yourself atleast couple of yrs before having your tubes tied or have him undergo family planning surgery. Mind you, these surgeries are not reversible and even if some doctor promises you that they are, they are not without riks and side effects. So, in the meantime if you think you don' t want kids, then go on the birth control pill. Talk to a gynecologist and he/she can help you with the options.

Once the biological clock starts ticking for a woman after 30, she undergoes a lot of changes w.r.t wanting kids. It is perfectly possible that you might stick to your resolve and not want any kids, but it is also possible that you would really want a baby of your own. If you don' t leave room for yourself to change your mind then you' ll regret your choices. That' ll make life hell for everyone around you. So, think clearly before you make any choices.
