1.My weight and my tummy and fat around the waist.
I am feeding my daughter and also giving formula. this is another story. at the beginning my bm is not coming properly means not sufficient to her.so i started formula. later i got to know that if we feed more and more then we get more milk.but its too late( i think).still now i am feeding her morning times(6am to 12 means 2 times during this time). after that formula till night before she go to bed. In the whole night i will bf only.

how to reduce my weight. can i go for walking and exercises.

Suz,
Sorry to say this but most of your problems seem psychological especially the stitches hurting when you laugh or cough. Unless something is seriously wrong with you physically, your section should have healed completely by now. I’ve had two and no complaints. As for taking pain killers, then it is not a good idea since you are breast feeding your baby. I suggest you consult a doctor right away for your physical discomfort and get this resolved and stop taking the pain killers. As for pain relief then I suggest that you look for something more non-traditional like acupuncture or something like that.

Your weight at 65 after delivery at 5’3” is not bad at all. But your concern that it is accumulated around your tummy is a good concern. Since you are still bf your baby, don’t opt for any vigorous exercise. Instead try to do all the household chores yourself and try taking brisk walks with your child for 20 minutes in a day. The excess weight that you are noticing will go away once you stop bf your baby. Since your calorific intake is more at this time due to feeding your baby, you notice the weight gain. Once your calorific need reduces and you stop consuming so many calories in a day, it will start going down on its own. Don’t worry.

About increasing your breast milk, then the only way to do that is to have the baby drink from you more. Initially there will be nothing that would come out, but it usually takes your body a week to 2 to realize that what you are providing the baby is not enough and then it’ll start to make more. So, before you feed the formula, have the baby try the milk from you for atleast 5 to 7 minutes. If not anything, then the baby will be pacified for a little bit and then go on to feel her formula. Another trick that I tried was renting out a hospital grade breast pump(very powerful) and try to pump milk every two hours. In the beginning it will be only few drops but if you continue this for a week, I promise you, you’ll be producing more milk. Eat lots of nutritious foods, like complex carbohydrates, protein, vegs, diary etc.. If you are trying to lose weight while feeding the baby, then that is a bad idea. And this could be one of the reasons for your severe hair fall. You are depriving your body of nutrients by restricting your diet. Also another trick to producing more milk is lots and lots of rest. Sleep as much as you can. If your body is relaxed, it tends to produce more milk. Don’t try to do it all by yourself at home. Take help from friends and neighbours as needed. Do take your pre-natal vitamins that you were on before and while pregnant. You can continue with then until a year after birth. This helps restore your hair as well. Hope this helps. Good luck with the baby.
