hi...my baby is 3 n 1/2mnths now...and i still look 5th mnth pregnant.i was 58kgs before pregnancy and gained 20kgs by the end. after delivery(c-section)my weight was 68kgs...but in 3mnths time im 73kgs...i really want to loose weight...i go to gym and do cardios....i want to control my diet too so that i can atleast loose some weight....please suggest me how to go about...

Hi

I have seen the same problem with my wife too,just get relaxed for another 3 months, Its baby needs milk,so try to focus for kids health,once your baby crossws 7 months

follow these rrules
1)Get fresh vegitable juices as many times as possible
2) break fast only tomatoes and carrot,spinach boiled,out side layor of eggs as many you can no restrictions.
3)repeat the same for lunch & dinner

This maintain for 45 days straight..

No sodas no sugar..no rice....no roti

I and my wife did it as per nutrition suggestion in USA
results are shocking,you will look 10 years younger.

If you dream for it.....then do it only for 45 days..see the results

Nidhi, please read the weight loss articles under Beauty and gromming section on this board and you' ll find lots of useful tips there. If you are breastfeeding your baby then expect some weight gain as it is but natural to gain weight while feeding your baby. you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
