Hi! I am the mothe of a very active 4.6 year old boy. I am a working woman who leaves home at 6.30 a.m. and gets back at 3.30p.m. I leave my son with my mom who gets hin reday for school and from there he goes to a creche. My worry is for his potty habit. My son uses the toilet in the school even though he passes potty at home! Repeated coulselling by the teacher and other methods by me have not helped. He does not do it at home on holiday etc. The teacher is 'fed up' with this habit. The kid can wash himself but the water has tpo be poured for which there is an aya at school. According to my son she refuses to come many times. accordign to the teacher he is very adamant and does not go to the toilet inspite of repeated instructions! I am confused. HELP.

RE:Baby cries while passing urine - Hetal pls advice

RE:bowel movement in 2 week old infant
Some babies go through phases when they either can't use the muscles to empty their bowels or they "forget how to". In that case, it's safest keep using the suppositories daily to make them do a dirty in 5 minutes.... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:where can I get laxative?
You can get either glycerin or bisacodyl suppositories in any Indian pharmacy - I recommend saving money by not buying child-size ones, instead cutting adult supps in half to make a child-size dosage.
(I have a daughter with long-term bowel issues: she can't "do" without them!)... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:constipation
When the baby is in discomfort from constipation (especially if she hasn't done some dirty for two days or more), the first thing you should give is a glycerin suppository.... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:hi
Most doctors say banana doesn't help - the potassium in it makes constipation worse. Remember you can make your own prune puree in a blender. Grape, grapefruit and papaya are also laxative fruits. And remember you can safely use baby suppositories as often as you need to (they also help with "training" the baby to do a dirty at the same time every day)... - Su 03 [View Message]
RE:Baby Movements/Development
Consult a good doctor immediately as this should not be ignored as it will cause a big issue if you let it go now, please seek doctors advice on immediate basis.... - Aditi [View Message]
RE:Baby Movements/Development
Hi there please be calm and relax as it happens sometime the child takes little time to start walking or crawling also but in your case the child should have started crawling if not walking.... - Anita [View Message]
