All you experienced mothers... please tell me whether it is advisable to start my baby with solids now.. he has just completed 4 months..if yes, which ones? and how?
I need to travel quite a bit for work.. I am worried that the longer I keep him depended on breast milk, the faster he will lose weight when I am not around.. I breastfed him exclusively the first 3 mon ... at 4 mon, started to give a bit of formula..but, even after 1 mon, he still takes very little ot if..

rice cereal is a good start..
some even start off with apple sauce or banana too.
do consult with your baby's pediatrician before doing so though..
