hi all u nice friends.i really appriciate ur helps in this board. now plz i also need help. me and my husbad are also ttc since last 2 years.butwe can not see any result till now. we visited my gyn. and she gave me some advice. but i wanted to ask u that i m just now taking folic acid a day. is it ok to take folic acid when i m on my period? i will be really thank ful to u if u reply me.i m so depressed now . i really want to pregnant.my all friends are now have baby.i feel so depressed. plz do reply me.
thanx all in advance Priyanka replied. Sometimes its really important to do the right thing... Its not as easy to get pregnant as they show in the movies.

A man is fertile 365 days ... A woman just for 1-2 days. You need to time your intercourse on the day you ovulate. I am sure your gynec told you that. Very often gynecs tell you to have sex on 14th day. Not everyone ovulates on the 14th Day...so start charting your cycle and use a BBT, check your most wet day, use ovulation kits etc to find your ovulation day.

Don't give up hope. Always know, that u'r baby needs your strength.
You know what keeps me strong? When i close my eyes i can see my child and what he looks like, i even know his name. I can see his crooked smile. and hear his giggle. and feel his arms around my neck when he is in my arms.
That's what keeps my faith and keeps me trying to bring him to this world. Remember, that God makes things happen for a reason.. And at specified times.
Your time will come too.

s k replied. Folic acid is just a vitamin to prevent congenital anomalies in the baby. So, can be taken anytime. sonia replied. Hi...i fully understand and sympathaize with your situation.What ur feeling right now is very common . when u see all around u getting preg one does fell sad.
this is a very unfortunate situation...but if god has chosen this for us then what else can we do
all i want to tell u is dont get depressed...u can share ur feelings with others here. try to bring courage and dont give up hope.

Is is hard when all your friends are getting pregnant it make you feel so down. Try and stay positive you will get there in the end. I have just had a failed IVF and i found it so so hard but i am getting myself back on track.

I had to accept that it wasn't my time just yet. Please be positive and remember that there is a little baby waiting up there in heaven to come down to you. When i think of this it gives me strength. I shall be having my next IVF in India so stay in touch

You can take folic while being on your periods :)
