Body and Fitness:teens problem

hi
i am 20 yrs old and i wear pants mostly,i have got this problem of bulges on my waist and becoz of this i can't wear pants.but pls don't tell me to change my style and wear different types of pants.pls teach me some exercises.it looks like arrows by my side.pls help me

Lie down on your left side with left arm under your head and legs straight. Now slowly lift your right leg and keep it in the air straight for as long as you can(like 10-15 secs). Then slowly bring it down. Do this 5 times. Repeat for the other leg. Slowly increase the number of times. This helps to tone your thighs.
Or try skipping rope if you can. It provides exercise for your whole body.
