Body and Fitness:how to reduce tummy,butt and thighs

please give me some suggestions and advise.

i am a 23 year old married girl.my height is 5.5 and weight is 55ks.i got married before one year only.i have no kids.the problem is the size of my waist,butt and thighs.

i take lot of fatty items,chocolates,ice cream,fried items ,sweets.

mornings i don't take anything generally.afternoon i take a 2 chappatties with vegetables and evening some snacks and night 2 chappatis with some vegetables.

please tell me some natural diet ,tips and exercise to reduce them without any pills or side effects.

i dont think u r over weight.but i have heared that skipping morning food will add weight and is very harmful to body.so,take something in the morning and avoid oily foods,coconut and fried foods

Hi Nisha,

dont worry, are u still taking all the high calory diets....? try this... continue with ur chappatis and veg,dont get tempted towards any high calory foods.go to gym and work on to spend your calories. dont stop or reduce ur food suddenly.do that gradually. what ever little food u take,make sure that is a healthy food.give exercise to ur hips, bend often etc...get help from the gym assistant for the right type of exercise.

I think for u yoga is the best option.U can get yoga cassettes in library .

R u really 55 kg Then how come ur weight is more .I think for 5.5 height 55 kg is appropriate weight..
