2008-01-19
Name: Seema

Hi friends,
My baby is 2 yrs old now. 2 weeks back I put him in daycare. My problem is he is not taking nap in daycare. He used to take nap at home for 2 hrs. Now he had stoppee fully. I tried all possible ways ,like making him sleep lesstime at night.Beacuse of that he gets irritated in evening.
Please give me some suggestion , what to do ? I am depressed.

Dear Seema,
Pl. check if your kids is being well fed or not at the daycare. when kids play a lot, get tired and have full stomachs, they fall asleep on their own. this is a wonder formula ! PL. check on his eating. that is the main reason.

Kids gets exicted when they are away from home. When they see everyone playing they actually resisit sleeping.. ensure that he gets good nights sleep. for about12 hrs and he will be fine.however the food habits needs to be monitored...train him at home .. and keep asking him if he is hungry..once the kids become aware of What hungry means he will automatically eat on his own..
