Hi!! I need help fm all of u out there as im in a real dilemma. My daughter is 10 mths old and Im a working woman. While Im at work my mother-in-law takes care of her. Now after 2 years Im getting leave from my boss for 3 weeks and my hubby, myself and m'law are goin to india. But my m'law watns to stay for a month longer with her mom. I personally dont feel like leaving my daughter but I dont have a choice as if I bring her back I will have to leave her with babysitter (which i dont like) Should I leave my daughter with my mil or bring her back with me? Please advise me!!

Hi Neetu:

I can understand yr situation. This is all dependent on how yr baby is with yr MIL - which I am sure pretty ok as she takes care of her all day. But the point is now u will not be with her at the end of day normally.

Give it a try I think - after all I guess it is better than to hire a baby sitter totally new for the baby and to get adjusted etc.

My suggestion is do not worry and go ahead and leave her with your MIL.
