Hi Archie and All!

I have been reading the messages on this board and its amazing to know that theres always someone or the other to provide some advice and words of comfort. And Archie, the way you help others by sharing your knowledge is wonderful and i apprecite it very much. Its time for me to seek some help and hope i get some answers. Thank you all in advance!

I'm 24 yrs old and have been trying to conceive since the month of january. For the past 4-5 months i have been having some spotting from two days before my period is due and then get my period on the due date. However my cycle remains the same (28 days) and the flow is normal too, except for the month of november when i missed my periods by a week and had a severe abdominal pain in the middle of the cycle. I consulted my gynecologist this monday. She examined me and said that everything seems to be fine and that the spotting maybe due to some hormonal imbalance and theres nothing to worry about. My ultrasound and pap results were normal and the doctor said that i might have had a cyst that would have ruptured by itself and probably that was the reason for the pain and the delayed period. Could you please tell me what causes the hormonal imbalance? Is everything fine with me?

I have another question. The doctor said that i have a tipped uterus and that my cervix is too low. Maybe thats the reason why i have some pain while making love, i'm not too sure! So she has asked me to try the \";woman on top\"; while making love, in which case the sperm could get in much easier than the \";man on top\"; position. But we have tried this position before we were ttc, and i found it to be uncomfortable. Will i not be able to conceive if i do the \";man on top\";?

Please help me out!!!
sk replied. From what I know Man on top is much beteer for conceiving.
