Trying since long:treadmill walking

Name: malini hi everyone,
i go to gym everyday.normally i go on treadmill.
can we do fast walking during and after ovulation till the onset of period.
since i am trying to conceive is fast walking OK if done during ovulation cause normally after walking i get some discharge. i am worried why do i pass discharge after fast walking .if i have conceived will it fall down due to exercise .i am confused please tell me or should i do walking only before 14 days of ovulation and then i should discontinue.

hey! for how long do u exercise? i too was having the same question. i walk at 3 miles/hour for 30 minutes and cover about 1.6 miles everyday. is it ok to continue even after i get pregnant?

Dear Malini,
I had this Q. when I was ttc. Its perfectly ok to walk fast or even jog. My doc. said its ok. You wanna avoid heavy lifting and overdo any other exercise.
