I read ur post . want to know that the lady u r talking about the baby sitting , can do the domestic work instaed of baby sitting? i am looking for a maid for house hold work. if she is fine than post me back. i will keep her. what r her charges? I am on airport Road , bangalore.

I will ask the lady. She used to take 3000Rs from me for 10am to 7pm job.
How much do u think u want to pay?

Hi,
I thought she is staying with u......
Actually i have one maid from 8:00 a.m. till 5.30 p.m.
but i am only worried that if they put leaves that what i will do.
So,
everybody is suggesting to keep 24 hours maid as if they take leave, they will inform u. However, i too prepared to give Rs.2500-3000/-.
let me know if she wants to stay with us.

Pls advice.
I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
