Sorry I couldn't check this site for some days. How do you do?
I have got an appointment with my gynae on 19th of Feb.I'm going for fast walking and thought of cutting down sugar completely as VN said in this board. Let me wait till 19th for my periods. Don't know what to do. I'm not at all over weight also. Due to this delay in my periods i'm worried too. Any other special yogas to get my regular period??? If u know pls help me.

READ UR PROB,EVEN SAME WAS WITH ME,I AM MARRIED PAST 5 YEARS....SO MY MUM GAVE ME ADV OF DOING YOGA!!!!IT WORKED SERIOUSLY DO THIS AASAN CALLED 'KAPAL BHATI' INITALLY DO 10 MINS ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT BUT IF U HAD YOUR MEALS THEN DO AFTER GAP OF 1 HR...SLOWLY THEN START TO 10 MINS IN MORNING AND 10 IN EVENINGS!!!! THIS WILL BE VERY NATURAL WAY OF CUMING OUT THIS KIND OF PROB....

I think people with Pcos ifthey Exercise periods will returnto normal which is agood signU know after mydelivery i didnot get my periods so i think i willhavePcod all thru my Life.Iam tired of going to Docters,So
willwaitand see one reasoncould be my prepregnancy weight also.
My Sincere advice is meet theDocter and
follow wat they say
