I started giving yo-baby to my daughter when she was about 11 months old with the fear of milk allergies. I believe pediatricians usually recommend waiting until the baby is 10 month old.

Hi Sumitha,

I introduced home made yogurt to my son when he was around 7-8 months. I have stayed away from \";yo baby\"; for a simple reason - since he accepted plain unsweetened yogurt I did not see why I give him sweetened yogurt. Based on what I saw in the grocery store, yo baby looked liked it was sweet and flavored.

Best!
