Hi, my 1 year old makes vomitting faces when I try to feed her solids (rice etc,), she does not do this when I feed her juice and water, but does this when I feed her milk in the bottle!! ANY REASONS??? also she has to eat well as she is underweight for her age (refuses mashed food, can eat pureed food)

May be your baby is bored of rice..So try to give pasta, rice noodles, idili, dosa, soft roti soaked in milk or raagi..She may need variety too for her lunch and dinner:)

Try sitting together for lunch and dinner. Family eating times sometimes encourages them to eat. She may be more interested in sampling your plate than her food. Let her do it. You can worry about the discipline issue later in life.
