Hi Archie & all,
I hope you all remember me writing about my irregular periods while trying to conceive. I went for U/S and blood works yesterday. She said my uterus,lt&rt ovaries are normal and she said my endometrium is 5.6mm. Yesterday means, 3 weeks after my periods(last period date is Dec24rth). Now-a-days I'm getting periods in 6-7weeks. So, I asked her if she can see folicle in U/S and she said she can't see anything. Means...I haven't got my ovualtion... right? And also can anyone tell me endometrium 5.66mm is normal ???
I have history of endometriosis...so little bit worried.
My nurse did urine pregnancy test which is negative and so asked me to take BCP from today. But I'm not taking those. I really want to wait for some more time. Archie, since my periods are irregular
is it OK to have intercourse on every alternative night from today till I get my periods ? I'm tired of using OPK's.

yes you can have intercourse every other day.
prior to ovulation usually endometrium thickness is below or up to 5 mm and post ovulation it is between 6 to 15 mm. If that's 23 mm or bigger then biopsy is needed.
Yours is slightly towards post ovulation range.
