I have been trying to give my baby solids since he was 6 months old. Today he is 7 month old he is still refusing solid, nor does he drinks water.I have tried giving him with different condidtencies of rice cereal. I tried different foods-like carrots peas, banana.
If I force feed him he vomits.I am reaaly worried now.

my son has started eating with your trick . He does not eat much just two or three spoons but yes beter than before where earlier he never opened his mouth.

try the following: first thing is give him when he is real hungry, not too hungry also that he becomes cranky. allow him to play more before he eats. play with him during u feed solids, eg, if he is fond of papers, hold paper into one hand, feed him with the other hand, making him hold and release it, etc,etc, whatvever comes to ur mind. play peek a boo in between . if he refuses strongly, leave it, try after half an hour. don't leave the food more than one hour. water , try giving him with the spoon. hope these tricks helps. when u try something new, continue that for four days consequently, so that he gets to know the taste of it.
