I have 6 months old twin girls - Kanika and Karishma. I would love to chat with all of you here and share our experiences.

Can someone tell me what kind of solids (indian recipes) I can feed my 6 mos old? They already eat cereals and gerber foods.

I am glad to see another twin mom here on this board. Congratulations on your twins. I have 13 months old twins. They eat pureed indian meals. They don't like cereals and gerber foods these days. I am also always in search of good indian recipes for kids.

There a couple of twin moms out here on this board.

Hello,
It's Shatabdi again. I can see there are couple of twins mommies here, may be we can start a new thread, all of us.

Hope Kannika and Karishma are doing fine. I started plain rice at around 8 months, used to overcook the rice and blend. I think you can continue cereal for one more month or so. Are u giving carrot, sweet potatos ?

Hope it helps,
Thanks,
Shatabdi
