Hi everyone
I am 16 weeks pregnant & is it alright to go to work at this time? & also my husband wants to have sexs with me, but we r scared, if anything happens...is it alright to have sexs at this time, if it is then until what period of time.
& good luck to everyone in your pregnancy & who all r trying.

Congratulations on your pregnancy.
It's definitely your first pregnancy.
Sex during pregnancy is safe in most of the cases and they can have sex as long as till in labor or at least a week before delivery.
As each case is pretty much known to her Dr. OB/GYn, I would recommend you to place this concern to your Dr. She knows your case better and guide you in right direction.

Usually one can enjoy sex until your tummy does not make it difficult you to enjoy or tummy hinders pleasure. Your baby is less likely to face troubles from your sexual acts. Baby is well cushioned and won't know what's going on. But the caution is necessary, if you/your husband wants to meet some adventure then pregnancy is not a time to do that even if your Dr. gives green for sex. A gentle sex is key.

If you are shy to ask to your Dr. then why not to enjoy intimacy, touching, sensual feelings, cuddlings, and may be masturbation, having shower together. This way your husband may not feel deserted from sex and will also know you both are doing the best for your baby and enjoying your sexual life.
