Hi Ladies,

I' ve heard that in Banglore there are some software companies in which there is option of working for part time/ half day in R&D and testing departments. If anybody knows about such companies, can you please let me know about them. Also in some messages posted here, some ladies have mentioned that IBM in Banglore has women friendly policies and have flexi timings. What are these women friendly policies and flexi timings? Can anyone elaborate on this? By flexi timings does it mean the employees can come to office at any time of their choice and work for any duration? Or there are any time lines already set for the same?

I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
