Hi I Have heard many of them telling tat if u drink warm water with honey and lemon u will def reduce weight pls can any one suggest me wat is the quantity of water honey and lemon shld be added, shld we take in coffee glass or water glass and how much of honey and lemon is required for tat.And also would likd to know whether the honey and lemon shld be added when its very hot and shld i drink it only whn it is luke warm??????

In a glass of hot drinking water you have add i spoon honey and squeeze half a lemon.Apparently this helps lose weight.
