hi all i have been reading all your messages.
Am happy for those who have conceived successfully and my prayers and best wishes to those TTC.
I always had a history of irregular periods with intense pain and heavy bleeding.
Got married in 2002. wanted to start conceiving this year and was diagnosed with Polycystic ovaries. was very shattered.
after my diagnosis i havent got my period for 3 months. tested negative for pregnancy.
all this is creating havoc inside me. I m normally a strong person, nowadays i cry atleast 2-3 times a day.
am controlling my weight by cutting out sugar and refined foods.
emotionally i m in a mess.
husband is supportive but is getting tired of my mood swings. cant help getting moody. have no control.
I live in UK away from family and friends with no emotional support.
dont feel like a woman anymore..
am trying homeopathic treatment for PCOs. hasnt worked yet but keeping my fingers crossed Priya replied. Hi Amri i used to live not far from you i used to live in leicester i was born there and brought up there and now that i am married i live in the us in New Jersey.

I can understand the frustration.
Your cycles are not regular because your hormones might still be changing. See some doctor if you haven't got your period for 3 months and it is sometimes dangerous when it is over 40 -50 days. & how old are you?

The main thing is not to stress out & don't cry, i know it's hard to control and easy to say, but if you stress out then it is not going to work.

PLease see some doctor it is always better to get professional help.
