hi there... thanks for ure msg... well the problem with me is that i am into my exercises like for abt 4-5 days, then something happens and disrupts my schedule and im back to square one.. depressed and feeling horrible....
its very diff for me to stick to something... but i know i can do it.... coz last year i managed to loose 7 kgs... i was very dedicated... but then xmas came in and the hols so i stoped and then slowly just puit back all that weight again and now i am back to square one.....
its very depressing for me.... but i am sure with friends like u and aradhana i think i will be able to stick to something...
well for now i have stopped eating rice and snacking inbetween meals.... will start my exercises again from monday...the biggest problem with me is my snacking inbetween meals...and my sweet tooth.
its good to keep smaller goals... i think it works better that way....
planning on going on a liquid diet for a few days.. want to join? u can drink anything u want...tea, milk, juice, soup... but u cant eat anything... we could do it for about 2 days just to cleanse our system and get a start off to our diet.... what say?
have u always been overweight? or just out on now after ure baby?
