hi there... thanks for ure msg... well the problem with me is that i am into my exercises like for abt 4-5 days, then something happens and disrupts my schedule and im back to square one.. depressed and feeling horrible....
its very diff for me to stick to something... but i know i can do it.... coz last year i managed to loose 7 kgs... i was very dedicated... but then xmas came in and the hols so i stoped and then slowly just puit back all that weight again and now i am back to square one.....
its very depressing for me.... but i am sure with friends like u and aradhana i think i will be able to stick to something...
well for now i have stopped eating rice and snacking inbetween meals.... will start my exercises again from monday...the biggest problem with me is my snacking inbetween meals...and my sweet tooth.
its good to keep smaller goals... i think it works better that way....
planning on going on a liquid diet for a few days.. want to join? u can drink anything u want...tea, milk, juice, soup... but u cant eat anything... we could do it for about 2 days just to cleanse our system and get a start off to our diet.... what say?
have u always been overweight? or just out on now after ure baby?

hi dear,
i think all of us r in same boat.watching our diet and excercising on weekdays and spoiling it on weekends.
thnx for u suggestion regarding the rice issue.iam also pretty happy with my diet today.
so lets make easter as our target weight to lose some of our ugly fats.

its gud to hear that u managed to lose 7 kgs last year.so u can do it buddy.......no.........we can do it,rt?regarding the liquid diet............i dunno,as iam breastfeeding.u know my son is only 6 months old and he is very weak.my pregnancy was little complicated,may due to all medications he is kind of having very loose muscles.i have very less breast milk also.right now with some suppliments iam managing.so at this point i think it wont b gud for him.sorry.....ok.why dont u go head?i think its a gud idea to detox.
and yes...........i have been fat thru out my life............but not this much.always 5-8 kgs overweight.but my pregnancy and hypothyroidism added another 20 kgs and now iam at a whooping 84 kgs.i didnt gain much weight after my second one.atleast god show me some mercy in that case.otherwise i wud have reached a century.u know its so easy to gain 1 kg and to lose 1kg ..................oh my gosh.what abt u ?have u been overweight before?u know my biggest prob................rice.being a keralite rice is always in our diet in different forms.where r u frm?did u go thru the lisamiracle diet site.its gud.may b v can follow it.i think the main prob is that when v r hungry v end up gulping more food.so the main thing is to dont b hungry and still lose weight.thats her idea.ok then.lemme know abt it.

yeah ive been overweight all my life... but im like a yoyo.... oput on and loose... like i lost a lot of weight when in college, then out it back on... then went to gym lost again and now after kids put on.... so its liek that.... but now im just fed up... its really awful being fat....

no its ok... u dont have to follow the liquid diet since ure breastfeeding... and actually any diet is not good for u at this moment since ure breastfeeding... do u will ahve to wait till ure kid has been weaned... but no probs... u can still do some light exercises...

i understand abt the rice issue... but instead of cutting it out completely.. u could redce ure meal portions... u could probably have a salad or veggies with chappaties and then maybe a spoon of rice... so i think u could try it out.

i hate the weekends coz thats the time we meet with friends and go out for dinner and then the whole diet goes out of the window and its tough to get back... lets hope i can manage....

i think haivng a buddy will really help since we will be comparing and trying to compete... trying to be better than the other person... so we can help each other.

today being a sunday, i managed not to eat much... and so im pleased with myself... otherwise sundays usually hog!

thinking of starting detox form tomorrow... but will have breakfast and then the whole day only be on liquids... lets see if im able to do it....

hope that we can loose atleast some 2-3 kgs before easter... what say????
