Hi all anybody working in aztechsoft bangalore.i have an offer from aztech and i wanna know how it is for women there(work culture).i have a 1yr old son.please reply if u know any details abt this.i have to tell them if i' ll b joing or not.

I too know Aztec works in body shopping mode .. My company also has ppl from Aztec. If you get projects in companies like oracle or ibm ..then it will be fine .. or else i am not so sure!

Also hey can send you to whitefield or electronics city or somewhere else .. then it might be a lil diffuclt managing time with so much of commuting ...

Hi Aditi,
As far as I have the information, Aztech soft works in a body shopping mode. In my present company many people are here from Aztech soft. They work here on some of the projects. So i guess u will be affected more from the work culture of the company u will get ur project in rather than Aztech softs own culture. U shud check it from other resources also .

I am a mother of 4 years old son and I am working woman. I usually left home by 9 in morning and reach by 8 in evening.
I usually get quality time with my son on Sundays/holidays. But then as i reach home by 8 eve, I realy work hard to finish the work and food by 10 or 10:30 to make love with my son coz i love him very much after my husband.
