Archie, I guess Ur back after a long vaccation. How r U? I hope U remember me.

I had my misscarriage last yr. I had laproscopy done last month(oct 8). My hubby also had his sperm analysis done. Both of our reports were normal. Dr. had asked me to call her after I get periods (post laproscopy). I got my periods on 21st nov. She prescribed me to take Ovofar 50 mg, 2 tablets each for 5 days from 2nd day of my period. She said I'll Ovulate between 12th - 21st day. I have completed the course of the tablets. How often & on which days should I try to maximise my chances to conceive? What precautions should I take? Do remember you clearly.
If your periods are about 30 days then trying from CD13 will be of great help. However if you have no clue as to what is cycle length then only Scans can let you know how far you are from ovulation. Unfortunately there is not OPK available where you are. Nonetheless have intercourse once a two days and enjoy than thinking of ttc process.

To maximaze your chances to conceive you should go for 13-17 day. And most & very most you should for got 15 & 16 day, if you have your regular period. If your period are not regular then you should go for almost everyday, or rather alternate day/ And for diet, it really doesn't matter, eat lite food. And go for walk everynight or whenever you get time.
