I am 82 kgs and need to loose atleast 25 kgs. I too lack motivation n dedication to follow my diet and excercise regularly.
I wanna loose atleast 15 kgs by may end. Can be be buddies in this weight loss scheme and try to help n motivate each other with the same.

congrats on loosing 2kgs.its a really nice thing that u plan ur diet for i week and go accordingly.i vll also try that.i have started trying to lose weight many times........but after sometime back to square one.hopefully this time i vll stick around as i have some buddies.gud luck

hi there... im actually in goa.... this heat i think is enugh to melt the fat, but it aint that easy, na?!! i wish it was!!
please pass me that diet plan which the professional gave u... i too have stopped eating rice and sweets... but i think i need to push my exercising a bit more.
i ahve heard abt the gm diet and some say that it works... but not tried it myself....
a friend of mine went on a liquid diet.... that is u can drink whatever u want... tea, milk, juice, clear soup... but u cant eat anything.... and she lost like 2 kgs in a week... think we could try it? its not good doing it contnously.... she basically did it to cleanse her system.
im so fed up of being fat.... i wish i could just slice off the flab!

hey there... sorry the net has been a little crazy since yesterday!
congrats on loosing 2 kgs.. how did u do it? what kind of diet are u following? and exerrcise?
last 2 days have not been able to exercise properly... since there has been power fluctuations..... so very dissapointed. :-(

Hi,
Which part of Mumbai are u in. Im in Bhandup. and i too am fed up with these power fluctuatuions/cuts.

Well i weighed myself almost a month ago and was 82 kgs. After that i just controlled my diet, i.e no rice, no sugar, no maida , no potatoes, just 2 chapattis for meals and high protien meals, though i was not consitent with it but tried as much as i culd. ALso i walked for 40-45 mins every evening. Walk as in real brisk walk.
Im actually follwing a diet now, its a high protien low fat and no carb diet. The first 2 weeks i m trying to stay away from no carbs and then have the good carbs.Also practising portion control. So i eat small frequent meals. I have tried this earlier and it wrks.
I had a proffessional write up a 7 day menu for me and i followed it. This was around 2 yrs ago and it really heloed me loose weight without even excersing. So im planning to go back to that. If u need it i can share it with u .

Have u ever tried the GM diet. I learnt abt it form this board only. If yes, how was teh experience and what are ur view on it.

hi there... nice to hear from you.... yes im in india... and i would love to get along with you to fight the flab... i have a treadmill at home so will exercise on that... my problem is also the same as yours... that is cant keep it for long and go back to bad habits... so lets make up some schedule of exercises and diet.... hope to hear from u soon.

are u a housewife? have u always been overweight? what will ure exerise and doet regime be? please let me know... that way its easier to coordinate.
i am a housewife... and i have a treadmill .... so will be exercising on that... and diet we can discuss....
also when do u inted to start?

Yes , I ve always been serious abt loosing weight, but my prob is i cant continue for long.. i tend to loose track of my diet and eat junk. But this time ive given myself 4 months to loose 20 kgs so thats like 5 kgs a month n im gonna do it. i hope.. if we can both push each other then i guess we shall be able to do it.
I am a housewife and mother of a 2 yr old. No i´ ve not always been overweight. Its been around 4 yrs since ive put on weight. Earlier i was able to loose around 6 kgs a month when i was excercing n eating right.
I plan to have a protien rich diet and cut out the carbs.. and bad fat. We can discuss abt the diet in detail later. In the beg, i tend to walk for around 40-45 mins a day. If that dosent wrk then i have a gym in my complex , may avail of that.
Wanna start from March. so i guess im already started.
Where do u stay ? If ur in India then we can chat up on messenger.
I m keen to loose weight. Hope u too are and we can help each other achieve it.
