Body and Fitness:Sandhya Please help

I have put on around 7 kgs due to wrong eating habits, I am 67 kgs and 39 yrs old with 2 kids and no time and equipment for rigorous exercise and trying hard to shed kgs..
Daily routine :
Breakfast-1 cup tea without sugar + 1 chapati
Lunch-2 chapati + veg + 1 cup curds
Evening- 1 Tea + 4 Marie Biscuits
Dinner- 1 chapati + veg + 1 cup dal + 1 cup rice
Exercise-45 minutes walking
I tend to cheat on week ends
I am not losing any weight even after 1 month of above schedule
Please help urgently.

Hi there..
Ive seen ur post here for some time and thought i culd help u . Im no expert , infact im trying to loose weight myself, but one thing that strikes me abt ur diet plan is Rice at dinner. If ur on a diet try to avoid rice completely or if u want try to have rice 4 lunch. Rice at dinner helps in weight gain.

Also, in veg what vegetables u have maks a lot of difference. U should try to avoid potatoes. Have Rajma or palak Paneer or any veggies that are high in protien.
Chappatis for breakfast means more carbs, try having eggs or tomatoe omlette or medu wada for breakfast. Also add nuts to ur diet. Almonds, cahews, groundnut, walnuts . Snack on them in between meals.
U culd also include few fruits like watermelon, pomogranate etc.. they will give u a complete meal.
