Name: confused About Career Hi

All.
Iam a married woman of 33 years old. I worked as a sw engineer before marriage . After marriage and kids i couldnt work. Now i plan to work. but with a gap of 6 yrs i not getting good offers. Also i wish to change my line from sw to BPO HR etc. please any one help me plan my career in some good line.
I would like to work from home as my kids are too small.
Also i want to know abt BPO technical writing in details.

pls help me

Yes, these ideas of BPO and HR sound really well now a days. Now even a graduate with decent english speaking skills are gettign well paid jobs at call centres,private banks etc..
HR recruiting jobs also are good soruce of income. But in both professions there are challenges like travelling and shifts etc. which may not be suitable for ladies with a younger kids and family.
Wonder if we shoudl really wait for kids to grow up and then take up career or slowly keep working atleast low profile jobs until kids dont need for brief periods . Although we need to be there for them at eevery stage from new born teen and even after. Keepeing uptodate in work profile always willnot be possible but leaving office/studies etc... and totally sitting at home does not help either satisfaction wise or financial wise.
