Career Options:Is it necessary to start coaching from 8th Standar

Name: Veerendra Darakh I am now hearing of coaching classes whicg offer IIT coaching and coaching for engineering colleges right from 8th Standard. Is it right and is it required ?

Also how effective is online coaching ?
