How can i enjoy?? and relax ??or feel happy to conceive , when i am trying to conceive for ling time???..what the hell????..everyone tells RELAX!!! but where is the relaxation???when you trying for long time???..i feel like darkness all side...i don't have future...sorry if am bugging for you guys for my problem???..but i can't relax...what i can do???...i am scared....hopeless vaishali replied. In my case everytyhing is normal till now still no result so my OBGN yold me to do endometriosis surgery in Jan '05. I don't know what's going to happen after that. Though my husband is very very supportive in this amtter. Can anybody help me ......please...
Namita replied. Hi Anu, sometimes letting out the anger/frustration is a good thing. When I feel this way and I know people who say relax...have no clue that its impossible to relax, I let out my frustrations either by crying out loud, screaming, punching the pillow or I go for a long run. Either way these are genuine feelings that need to be let out otherwise we'd go crazy. I just make sure I am alone when I vent like this. Its your body, your life, you have a right to feel this way, just try and get the stress levels lowered when the big O day comes....but I am here, if u ever hava a need to vent:)

I know it is very easy to say that it will be alright, but it is also very difficult to do it.
As Priya, i also know some one who didn't had any child until 11 years of there marriage.
And i totally agree with Priya. Seek professional help & don't be stressed. Tha would help you.

Let me tell you something- i know ppl who have tried for 11 years and now they have a beautiful baby boy. Sometimes we do not get what we want at the time we want it. It takes time trust me and i know you have heard that before but it is true. You need to relax as too much stress is also a factor in you not concienving. seek professional help.
Priya parul replied. ON this board everyone has the same prob...of trying for a long time with no sucess..... but actually therez nothing u can do ..except pray and take a good treatement. I understand ur depression and frustartion, but my dear stress is gonna make things worse. that is why share ur feelings and don't let that stress bug u....tht is how u would be able to relax a bit !
