I would like to share my story over here. I enrolled myself in the yoga classes and I started learning Bikram yoga. It has been three week that I am learning it. I have already seeing the health benefits. I decided to learn Bikram yoga as I was suffering from insomnia. I used to have sleepless nights. My workload was heavy and I used to get panic attacks. My brother-in-law advised me to take some rest and learn meditation and yoga. I saw the ad in the newspaper and got myself enrolled. I found deep peace of mind and soul in Bikram yoga. You will not need to spend money on gyms and spas if you are doing Bikram yoga. Bikram yoga gave me strength to quit smoking.

No I do not practice yoga. I was into aerobics and I go for jogging ever alternate day. After reading this article, I think I can benefit a lot by practicing yoga. Once I read a small article in the newspaper which was talking about different forms of yoga. I like the idea of practicing yoga as it does not make you tired. Yogasanas are slow and rhythmic movements which allow you to enjoy your workout. I did not know that Bikram yoga is practiced in the heated room but it is pretty interesting. After finishing my comment here I am going to do a research on Bikram yoga classes and institutes. Bikram yoga will definitely benefit me in terms of maintaining my current weight and having a good posture.

I used to practice different yogasanas. Recently I came to know about Bikram yoga and I started learning it. I found the classes where an instructor who is expert in Bikram yoga teaches. This form of yoga is very much different from other various forms of yogasanas. It goes on 90 minutes. After attaining first few sessions I started feeling exhausted as 90 minutes are more than enough. I developed a negative attitude towards this form of yoga. But believe me just after a week I started experiencing its health benefits. I used to feel very stressful after getting back from college. Nowadays I feel relaxed and I can do many other activities after coming home.
