dear folks out there i' m a new member 2 d patlivating group .pls help ,here is my story.wt=72kgs,ht=5 feet,PCOS.,25 yrs old wid 2 kids. ABSOLUTELY PATLIVATED dear ,i just read ur story n got inspired{hope my insp. will last for some more time!!}i can skip a lot, thats my fav exercise .can u pls tell me how many calories will i loose if i skip for 1000 times in a day[it takes me 15 mins at a stretch for this} .ireally can do it but cant walk on a treadmill for more than 10min.may b i dont like it but i simply cant.so pls answer bac after reading this.my aim is 2 come down to 50kgs.my new diet is like this
morning:1 glass LF milk,3-4 brown rusk,1 dosa.
mid morn:salad with fruits{i eat mangoes daily whenever available,i luv eating sweeeeeet fruits!!}
afternoon:a small bowl of rice with curry,3 piece curiied fish(no oil in fish)
evening:1 glass LF milk n 2piece bread{white}
night: salad
in between salad with moong dal sprouts whenever hungry.
so i think dis is enough of info.pls give d right measures of all this pls.
PS:i am on dis diet since a week, just started ooops!!!sandhya pls tell me abt ur diet n exercise regimen pls.i cant go 2 a gym.
