dear folks out there i' m a new member 2 d patlivating group .pls help ,here is my story.wt=72kgs,ht=5 feet,PCOS.,25 yrs old wid 2 kids. ABSOLUTELY PATLIVATED dear ,i just read ur story n got inspired{hope my insp. will last for some more time!!}i can skip a lot, thats my fav exercise .can u pls tell me how many calories will i loose if i skip for 1000 times in a day[it takes me 15 mins at a stretch for this} .ireally can do it but cant walk on a treadmill for more than 10min.may b i dont like it but i simply cant.so pls answer bac after reading this.my aim is 2 come down to 50kgs.my new diet is like this
morning:1 glass LF milk,3-4 brown rusk,1 dosa.
mid morn:salad with fruits{i eat mangoes daily whenever available,i luv eating sweeeeeet fruits!!}
afternoon:a small bowl of rice with curry,3 piece curiied fish(no oil in fish)
evening:1 glass LF milk n 2piece bread{white}
night: salad
in between salad with moong dal sprouts whenever hungry.
so i think dis is enough of info.pls give d right measures of all this pls.
PS:i am on dis diet since a week, just started ooops!!!sandhya pls tell me abt ur diet n exercise regimen pls.i cant go 2 a gym.

Hey fat mom2,
In case you are wondering who i' m then i' m Sandya and i' m sorry since it' s been a while that i logged on into this site. Actually it was getting boring out here but now that i' m back i notice a lot of activity with ppl who need help losing weight. So, here i' m to help in any way i can.

alright, now getting to start with you. Only dieting will not achieve much and also you need to get PCOS corrected before you expect any great changes in your shape since PCOS encourages your body to keep the weight on. So, get in touch with a doctor right away and get yourself fixed in this regard.

Second, just dieting will not get you anywhere, you need to incorporate exercise in your program to lose weight. I see, that you already bonded with others on this forum who have joined in to become healthy. That' s a good start. My best wishes with all of you. Do let me know if i can be of any help other than encouraging you all.

thanks a lot sandhya.ur r a real morale booster.yes i do have gone 2 d doc for my pcos prblm.i told her abt the exercises n she´ s ok wid it.cud u pls tell me how many calories wud i burn in a day wid the fol.set of exercises?1000 skippings+25 situps+20 mins of silly dancing 2 music.it does make me tired n i sweat a lot by doing all this.gym is not an option for me dear,wid 2 little kids i´ m alwasys at home,my hubby´ s schedule is 2 hectic,he is out all day.along wid the above mentioned exercises i do all the housework n running around wid kids.i cudnt keep up my diet,as mentioned prerv.ly but i have been trying 2 b as punctual a possible wid healthy alternatives 2 all fatty stuff.
ok now dis is getting 2 long,but pls do reply bac reg the calorie count.thanks once again.fatmom2
