Hi Archie&all
What does it mean BBT.How can i use it.Please tell me...We are planning bany since one year still i am not getting pregnant. I used opk calculator.Please reply me.....

Hello Rani,
I agree with Sushma...you should better go ask doctor about it. Have you tried EPT yet? & yes BBT is use to predict your body tempereture. And i am sure you know the best time to messure with you OPK.
Doctor will advise to do some test. & yea is this your first pregnancy & if so how old are you? And did you had any tests taken before?
I hope you will concern your doctor.

Hi Rani,
BBT is a body temperature recording chart. We can record early morning bed time temperatures daily at the same time. There will be a raise(.2)in the temperature after ovulation for atleast 3days. We will not be able to predict the ovulation with BBT. But can be used to know if ovulation occured. BBT & OPK can be used combinely to predict ovulation.
In your case, since you have tried using OPK for one year I think it is better to talk to the doctor instead of passing more time.
