Name: subha Hi all,
my baby girl is seven and a half months, we would be goin on a 2 months trip to India by the time she is eight and a half months. I would like to know if we need her to get any vaccinations other than the ones which they usually give in USA . Also i would like to know if we need to take the formula from here itself or we can use the formula which we get in India. Right now i am using enfamil lipil for my baby. Can any one please suggest me regarding this issue.Thanks in advance.

Check out the post \" Need info about Formula milk in India\" in Feeding section, for formula info.

Difference between Nan and Lactogen is that Nan is comparatively closer to mother's milk. These are Nestle products and are most sold baby foods (other indian brands are also available but yet to catch market)

As for nutrituin and quality, i wd say these products are good. Only thing that wd worry me is the change ... the baby shd be able to adapt to the food changes, when the weather and other changes already await her.

I m trying to recall and write all vaccinations that we give to a baby in india by 7 months ... expecting other parents to pitch in if i miss ...
