Body and Fitness: question about about squats crunches

hi friends

i want to know how much sit ups or crunches or squats one person have to do daily so she can get the result .(tightened butt and get rid of flabby tummy). thanks in advance friends

Jeet is absolutely right. Spot reduction is a myth. You have to exercise and eat healthy. By exercising calories are burned and fat reduces all over your body proportionately. While you lose weight evenly all over, the midsection will also become firmer eventually. But, you cannot pinpoint the midriff only. I currently jog / walk for about 30 mins a day and then do some crunches and leg lifts. It will take time and effort, but eventually, the whole body will get toned.

But I would like to add further that you cannot only do crunches and and leg lifts. You need to variate. Additionally you need to increase your effort on a weekly/monthly basis. Also note that you should not do abs exercises (or any other exercise) every day. You will eventully fatigue your muscle and it will be useless

Hi,
First and foremost, let me tell you that you could do 100s of crunches and 100s of squats and still have your butt and paunch.
There is no exercise that can make you lose fat from a specific part of your body. This is all hogwash. You can get a flat stomach and a tight butt by exercising and eating right. There is a detailed method to do this. I can help if you wish

Hi Jeet,

I want tonned body, its 30-31-35, height 5feet right now. I want it to be 34-28-34, how can I achieve this? do you think workout will help me to gain weight on chest only? For how many months I need to do it?

Please help me, i am 29years old and feel very ashamed with 30inches chest size.

You can do as many as you want but the problem is that you won' t be able to do too many with good form. Muscles will get tired at some point and then you will lose good form and then whatever you do will be just a waste of time or you might even hurt your back or knees.
Why don' t you start with 10 of each and gradullay build it up. Or you can set a time and do 15 min of each also. Remember good form is very very important. You benefit a whole lot more with doing 5 with good form rather than 20 with bad form.
