Hello sandhya, i am amazed to look at ur motivating tips and suggestions and support. Great, keep going. I am at 64kgs, with 1 baby. And my target is 54kgs. Can i request u to look at my schedule and advice what to add and how to improve.

Diet :

7:00 - Honey with lemon juice - 1 spn honey, 2 spn, lemon juice.
9:00 - Honey with cinnamon - 1/2 cup.
9:30 - Breakfast - 3 Dosas with curry, 1/2 litre water
11:30 - fruits - 2 orange / 1-apple / 1-banana, 1/2 litre water
1:30 - 1/2 cup rice with curry, 1/2 litre water
3:30 - cabbage with sause / egg omelette / 1 carrot,1/2 litre water
5:30 - coffee, 1/2 litre water
7:30 - 3 chapatis with boiled veggies/curry, 1/2 litre water
9:00 - honey with cinnamon water - 1/2 cup

I know donot try honey + items, but let me tell u that, if it is going to reduce at least 1 to 2 kgs, that adds to success.

But the thing is i cannot stop myself from eating icecream, that too daily. Donot know how to get rid of it.

by morning 8:30am : I donot miss to do thrice a week.

Exercise - Push ups - 25,
stomach crunches - 10,
reverse crunch - 10,
sit ups - 25,
bend ups - 50,
skipping - 100 jumps.

I started from past 2 weeks. Please suggest ur views.

sandy, one thing i noticed right off was that you have too many processed carbohydrates in your diet. Switch to complex carbohydrates like whole grains(wheat, barley, oats etc..). Instead of 3 dosas switch to a 100% whole wheat toast with peanut or almond butter. You get fiber and protien. Instead of eating rice in the afternoon, try swithcing to cracked wheat or bansi rava kichdi. Your diet is lacking in fiber and protien. Although you seem to be eating eggs everyday which is good, you need to add more protien to your diet. Tofu, soybean curd, kidney beans are a good place to start. Add protien to every meal you take and notice how full you' ll tend to feel and how for how long. I can understand craving for ice-cream, but try limiting to once a week. If you completely swear off something then your mind will keep calling you to it. So, think moderate. Also, try incorporating more veggie' s in your diet. They add lots of fiber and keep you full for long. Let me know how it goes. Good luck.

i have kids aging between 1 year and 6........duringmarriage my wt was 65kgs and now it has reached 120kg, really dont know wht to do ? babies are too small ........and no one is there to take care of them at home ............wht do i do

pooja, where do you live? outside of India? you seriously need to recruit some help in taking care of your kids so you can go for a workout. No matter what height you are at 120KGS is too much. How about when your hubby gets back home, you leave for a workout. By the time he gets home, be done with all your work like cooking for the evening etc..and then when he gets back, you can leave within 15mints of his arrival. Don´ t waste time in getting dresses after he arrives, just be ready to just step into your shoes and that way he´ ll understand that you are really committed to the cause. Also, you need to tell me what kind of house you live in ( apts, independent home or what?)...there are always ways to workout in any given setting. I´ m glad that you are taking an intiative to get better. Good luck.
