Hello sandhya, i am amazed to look at ur motivating tips and suggestions and support. Great, keep going. I am at 64kgs, with 1 baby. And my target is 54kgs. Can i request u to look at my schedule and advice what to add and how to improve.
Diet :
7:00 - Honey with lemon juice - 1 spn honey, 2 spn, lemon juice.
9:00 - Honey with cinnamon - 1/2 cup.
9:30 - Breakfast - 3 Dosas with curry, 1/2 litre water
11:30 - fruits - 2 orange / 1-apple / 1-banana, 1/2 litre water
1:30 - 1/2 cup rice with curry, 1/2 litre water
3:30 - cabbage with sause / egg omelette / 1 carrot,1/2 litre water
5:30 - coffee, 1/2 litre water
7:30 - 3 chapatis with boiled veggies/curry, 1/2 litre water
9:00 - honey with cinnamon water - 1/2 cup
I know donot try honey + items, but let me tell u that, if it is going to reduce at least 1 to 2 kgs, that adds to success.
But the thing is i cannot stop myself from eating icecream, that too daily. Donot know how to get rid of it.
by morning 8:30am : I donot miss to do thrice a week.
Exercise - Push ups - 25,
stomach crunches - 10,
reverse crunch - 10,
sit ups - 25,
bend ups - 50,
skipping - 100 jumps.
I started from past 2 weeks. Please suggest ur views.
