Im really grateful to both of you for taking time out of your busy schedule and answering my questions.Everyone here is doing a great job by inspiring people like me.After reading both of your day to day activities i really feel motivated and want to join the weight loss group.
I stay in Bangalore in flats where we have an in built gym and I finally insisted my hubby to take care of our baby atleast 1 hr in the morning and started my first day in gym.
My height is 5' 5\" and I weigh 75kgs.Though we have a gym it doesnt have a proper instructor to guide us.So can someone please suggest the order of use of the gym instruments and duration for effective weight loss..my gynaec has restricted me to keep away from weight training for 3 more months.so pls help!

Raashi, without knowing what kind of equipment your gym has, it' s hard for us to say what would work best for you. Anyway, try to be safe when you r working out. Wear good running shoes(with shock absorbers) for running purposes. Do not shortchange on your shoes. Practice all the safety instructions while there. When you do not know how to operate any equipment then don' t guess, take help. Good luck.
