i dont think so tht i need a doctor..coz i start to understand my position and i also dont want tht my faimly make fun me on this issue..
i just need ur people help..u knw wat i again couldnt recieve the pregrancy..
i dnt knw why bt i think tht its all becoz of my fat..i m fatty may be thtsy...
so i want ur people help.so tht i could lose my weight atleast 5 to 6 kg in this month....
tell me the diet..
wat i m going to plain is that
for breakfast:
1/2 cup milk wid cereal
1 cup of tea
for snack:
any fruit
for lucnh:
i cup yougurt wid some of fruits and salds i cut down all the things in yougurt,,it become a big bowl

for sanck:
any fruit
for dinner:

some chicken soup
if i feel hungry then half chapati wid dome salan.


thats it
IS IT GOOD FOR WEIGHT LOSE FAST...
OR TELL ME SOME TRICKS..
I M MOREEEEEEEEEEE FATTTTTTT ON THIGHS AND TUMMY AND SIDES OF TUMMY...#
I WANNA REDUCE FAST

samreen, your impatience with losing weight fast shows that you are short on logic. So, go for some crash diets that' d get you fast results. Go for some Miracle weight loss etc.. who offer you pills to lose weight. But do remember that they all come with tonnes of side effects. Tread with caution at the risk of your own health.

This site is more for ppl who know that they need to take care of their health while losing weight. Patlivated has given you very wise advice. I suggest that you follow it.

Hope there will be others who could help you out better on this site. Wish you all the best. Take care of your health. Sandya.

I was 82 Kgs after I gave birth to my second baby. Over an year, I went to 81 kgs and that was it. Between my 2 babies, I had had thyroid and harmonal imbalance problem.

I was going through a similar depression like you seem to be going through now. But I took one strong and determined step and my life has changed.

Today, I am at 76 kgs. 5 kg loss in 4m. Not a big deal right? I go to gym and I eat balanced and low cal food.

Even 76 kgs for my ht 5.5\" is too much. I want to go 16 kgs more!! Sounds like hell.

Anyways, wanted to tell you my story for 2 reasons
1) to tell you that you are not the only one sailing this boat, people like me are with u
2) I am feeling you are panicky, depressed and losing patience. From the way you are writing your posts, you dont seem to be gine. Your lines are scattered, may lines are capitalized, you are using slang, I mean, looks like unstable and depressed.

First things first.

With this unstability and depression, you wont gain much. First of all, relax. Chill. Be patient. You cannot lose wt and go to 65 kgs from 93 kgs in one month. I am estimating next 8-9m to lose 16 kgs and go to 60kgs.

So chill down. Think what needs to be done. Concentrate on single objective. Do you want to lose wt or conceive? Both is possible. I dont think ur wt is related to conception.
I was on heavier side when I ceonceived my first child. I was 75 kgs when I conceived 2nd child. My both deliveries were normal, babies healthy (touchwood) and no issues as such.

And all this, inspite of having an abortion and thyroid problem between 2 kids.

So, its all in the mind. Think positive and be positive. When I was carrying second baby, I went to 86 kgs in 9th month and everybody was telling me I will hv a c-section. But I was active and excercising and was confident of a normal delivery. My blood sugar was also on higher side.
Thats what happened. Normal baby.

So, stop thinking negative. Talk to doc about conception issue. (I dont know if it is bec of wt or what, may be may not be. Ask the doc).

About losing wt now.

Immediately, create a schedule for urself. For work out and diet. Everyday workout. You dont have kids, may be u can do it 2 times a day. Start with a morning walk, move to brisk walk, then to jog. Or join a gym, or swimming, or salsa .. whatever suits you .. and what you LIKE TO DO.

Do some meditation say 3 times a week. Learn pranayam and do it thrice a week or so. This will help u gain stability of mind and concentrate better.

Diet.
Well I had found out that my triglycerids count was very high. My thyroid and blood sugar was in range, though little higher side. The nutiotionist told me to avoid certain things that are not high calorie and are daily things like cabbage carrots .... and gave chemical reasons how it impacts thyroid blood sugar etc.

It has helped me. Thats what I wanted to tell you, see if the doc asks you to undergo any tests, you are 93 kgs. May be asks you to check your BP.

Anyways. I havent gone through the diet you take, but I will tell u what I eat and what should be avoided.

Warm water - after brush
4 INDIAN almonds soaked overnight and peeled.
(no honey lemon water for me, i am not supposed to take that)

later - tea with sugar with white bread + mint or coriander chutney. If butter it has to be lite one. Avoid butter though. Not more than 2 slices.

Mid morning - salad, or sprout or fruits.
No - banana, cornflakes, corn, mango, very sweet fruits like chikoo (i m in india) grapes. No pomegranate for me. I eat apple papaya spinach tomato cucumber home made paneer sprouts.

I am a vegeterian. Lunch - 1 roti daal sabji salad. If doesnt fulfill, i take fat free chaach/buttermlk.

evening i take tea (sugarfree) with 2 biscuits, or roasted chana with skin, or sprouts if not in morning, fruits if not in morning, chaach, ice tea sugarfree and such things.

Dinner is same like lunch. At times i eat dry fruits. I am asked no for carbonated drinks, but still, when i feel like binge eating, i take diet coke.

coconut water - i hv lot, whenever possible.

Weekends I wat little bit of what I want to, so that I dont crave.

I visit the calorie counter on this site to check how many cals i ate. At my gym, i hv found out my BMR and BMI so i know how many cals my body can burn (1466) and with help of calorie counter i eat less cals and also do gym so i m losing wt.

i keep visiting wt loss sites. I have pasted wt loss article cuttings inside my regular wardrobe. I hv posted my pics where i m looking fat. Also posted my pics when i used to be slim. That way, i try to keep myself motivated (noh! Patlivated is the word!)

I hv started going for parties more, even discos. There u see slim people and u feel bad abt uself and ur determination to lose wt increases.

Wherever possible, I try to find out how good ppl are and ttell myself i want to go there.

I remember sandya always, and tell myself, if she can do it, why cant i.

Now. The workout i really love to do it yoga. Or else, i love to dance.
But i am doing gym. I am planning to take up what I like soon - will join salsa classes. Yoga i am doing 3 times a week.

I keep targets of losing wt. I keep easy targets as it motivates u. Say 1 kg in 2 weeks? Keep track of what i eat and how i am losing. At 81 kgs, my first target was to be 75. I never dreamt of being 60. Now at 76, my next target is 68 kgs. Thats an achievable target, if I keep 60, i may lose hopes midway.

Try these suggestions and keep us posted.
The progress is gonna be slow baby, but dont lose hope. I am with u. We all are with u. Be in touch.

Lets do this for an yr and check where we stand after an yr.

As for your baby' s thing, I think thats your personal decision. Talk to hubby and sort it out.
