Body and Fitness:is my weight ok???

hi people

i am a mother of two,the elder one is 4 and the younger one is 2. two months back i have stopped lactating bevcause of which i have started mensurating normally every month.i am 5.6\" tall and i weigh 70 kgs.my lower body is ok but the problem area is the upper body and double chin.my regular diet is
a glass of warm water along with lemon and honey
a glass of lauki juice
light breakfast
lunch at 1:00, 2 roti with daal,sabzi and curd
light snack at about 6:00 and dinner at 8pm wich includes same as lunch

how much do i need to reduce?
is my diet too much?

nidhi, your problem might be that you are eating too less thereby affecting your metabolism. When trying to lose weight, it is imp to rev up your metabolism. The downside with dieting too hard and not working out means that you are providing your body with little food thereby sending it into the famine mode, where your body begins to think that there is no longer going to enough food available to you anymore and begins to conserve what you eat in the form of fat. Think about it, it will make lot of sense. Our human bodies are designed to eat sensibly and work a lot(something about nature). We are doing the exact opposite, eating less and not working physically. We can' t go against nature and expect to win. Try eating better and start pushing yourself physically to achieve the results that your are looking for. Hope it helps.
