I want to put on weight.
Please suggest me techniques to gain weight.

The most easiest way to gain weight is to eat more. But this may not be the most healthiest way, specially if food turns out to be anything and everything around you. For example, junk food will help you put weight fast but you will increase factors such as cholestrol in your body.
First find out your ideal weight and how much you need to put on. Include dairy and nuts and lots of ' good' carbs and vegetables in your diet. One of my friend did this - soak almonds in milk overnight and eat them the next day - helps you put on weight.
You can also start doing exercises to tone and build muscles. Exercising is not just for losing weight.
Count yourself lucky and don' t go crazy trying to put weight - the next thing you will know, you will be asking how to reduce it. And trust me when I tell you it ain' t easy taking it off !
