My todays Temp. is 96.0deg. at 7:05 am.Is today my ovalution day????? Yesterdays temp was 96.6deg at 7:14am.and i posted you my last days Temp.From last day i'm seeing some white thick discharge but not EWCM.Can we plan to intercourse
today?????
I brought OPK also yesterday and i'll do it today noon and will tell you about the result today itself.

OPK ...

Hi Archie,
I used OPK but it is showing that i'm not ovaluting now but my BBT has fallen down.So is it my fertile period?? Should I avoid intercourse today??? What is your suggestion?
Should I use OPK in the morning with 1st urine or it is ok now(afternoon).
Please reply me..

OPK

Dear Rhea,
OPK is usually used in the afternoon, never use it with your First Morning Urine.

It's OK to get negative if your temp are fallen. Go ahead and have intercourse.
What's important that tomorrow or day after your temp should rise little above 97.2, that will confirm your ovuation took place.
