Hi everyone,

I am new.I am married for 2 years now.
My cycle was regular like 30 days.but from past 3 months its become irregular avg at 40~ 45 days.
When do u think, is a good time to use Ovulation predictor kit ?

Dear Nid,
Your cycles are seemingly off range. YOU should get help of gynecologist to regularize them. With such irregular cycle it's difficult to predict all.

I would however recommend to start OPK from CD22 to CD32 and this should help you figuring ovualtion days.
