Hi sandya,

I just want to let you know that i lost another 5 lbs in this last two months.
In May, when i wrote you at that time i weighted 145 lbs and now my weight is 140 lbs.
Thanks to you.
I have one questions still in my mind.
Sometimes i feel that i am stuck in this weight. Like last two weeks i was stuck in 141 lbs and i don' t know what to do.
Is this happened to you ?
If yes , then what did you do to change this ?

first of all chitali...congratulations!!...you go girl!!!...i' am very happy to hear about your progress. Now about being stuck then that simply means that your body got used to your regular workout schedule. Best ways to combat it are try increasing your time of workout, change in resistance or add another half hour of power walk to your schedule. Happens to all of us, but there is only so much time in a day for all of us, right?

Try swimming or any such new activity. Buy one of those jogging strollers for your baby and take the baby for a run around the block if the weather permits. Basically try changing a few things around and see the weight drop. I actually read it somewhere that if you change the pattern of your eating, you' ll drop a lot of weight too...i personally haven' t tested this concept, but if you think this is something that' ll work for you then give it a shot. What you do basically is turn your eating regiment 180 degrees. Meaning, dinner for breakfast, snack for lunch and breakfast for dinner. This way you are supposed to keep your body guessing and confuse it enough to alter your metabolic rate, thereby resulting in weight loss. The concept seems quite feasible to me...but the only problem is eating this way. B' cos we have other family members, i cannot adopt this drastic lifestyle change. So, try it out and keep us all informed of your progress.
