Yes..you can increase your milk supply after 2 months.
1. Let your baby feed quiet often. Milk supply is based on demand. If there is more demand, body produces lots of milk.

2. Drink lots of water (12-14 glass). Eat lots of vegies and fruits.

3. Eat lots of methi(fenugreek). You can try methi ka paratha or methi dal.
For best result, soak methi seeds overnight and eat it first in the morning.

Hope it helps!

hi tina,

Some babies can become fussy after having mother's milk especially if mom has consumed caffine or spicy foods.
Please try to minimize your chocolates, coffee, tea and all other spicy inidan foods. This is not for long time..Its only for a while. After, your baby grows up he will be able to tolerate spice in your milk..

Make sure your babies stomach is full. If your babies stomach is not full, he won't be able to take a nap. Feed him in both the side of the breast. Baby needs both hind and fore milk. Hind milk has lots of fat and will help him to sleep better.

If your baby still does not sleep well, try to supplement with 1-2 oz of formula after your mother's milk feed.

If your baby is trying to sleep, please do not disturb by rocking him. some babies like to be left alone while they want to sleep and some want you to sing lullaby. Try what works for your baby.

Don't worry..be patient..each baby is different..so what might work for other babies may not work for yours and vice versa.

Take care and do not stress.
