Feeding:Throwing off

Hi everybody,

I have a nine month little daughter. She has developed a new habit of throwing off her food.
After she has her solids, I let her play for a while and then put her to sleep..If she does not wants to sleep, she starts crying and throws it off. She does the same when i pull some toy from her hand to clean it up. She is active and starts laughing after she throws up.

I asked her doctor and she told me its normal for the baby to do this..they just want to divert your attention.

But, I was wondering if anyone else has been thru the same or if there is any ideas or suggestion to stop this. Please let me know. Thanks.
