hi,
I want to lose weight.
Right now i am 65kgs and my target wt i want is 52 kgs. I am exercising everyday but no result at all. Does anyone every tried weight loss pill?
Does it effective with excercise and diet?
please reply me.
i am struggling with this weight loss.
any help will be appreciated.

hello Chaitali
As some of our friends suggested do not take weight reduction pills. It is not good for health. Google search for Indusladies community and browse through Health & Fitness forum where there is a support group for losing weight. The thread has good suggestions on sensible weightloss program. Hope this helps.

How long have you tried physical activity for this problem of yours? Gaining weight takes a long time, similarly losing it too takes a long time. Don' t expect magic from all your hard work. In short, don' t quit...keep at it and it will work. Like someone pointed out, pills work only temporarily for as long as you take them. Once you are off of them, you' ll regain all your weight back. There is no shortcut to weight loss other than hard work.

hi guys,

Thanks for your advise, I guess i will not take that pills. It is my baby fat. I am trying physical exercise from last 6 months. My baby will turn one year old in May.
What kind of food should i eat if i have to do dieting. i am not breastfeeding him now.
If i do fasting and eat only once a day and whole day if i eat fruit, is it worth it?
I am doing 30mins cardio exercise for 5 days.
please advise me.

i hv tried them. they kill ur apetite. whatever else they do, its not good for health. i have had harmonal problems in later stage, donno if it was bec of that or what, but stay away from them.

get ur thyroid and lipid profle checked, check ur input calories Vs cal u r burning and u shd get the answer.
