Body and Fitness:Hi guys. Please Help me

From one month, my face is beginning to change its shape. I used to have an oval shaped face and I liked it. But nowadays, my face has started to change its shape in to a square and its all dull now. Its beginning to get fat too. please help me. I had a medium complexion but now its all dull and lifeless.PLEASE HELP ME
And I do not wanna go for plastic surgery as I am still in school.

Thanks for taking your time to answer. I have to ask u, at what age should one start exfoliating or cleansing? And someone told me that using home remedies can leave bacteria on your face, can u please clarify that?

At what age to exfoliate depends on your skin. If you find it dull and lifeless then you can start. Do it every day for a couple of weeks and then gradually decrease it to once a week or once every two weeks.
I didn´ t start exfoliating untill I was in my late 20s and only after my face got dull and when I went for a facial, a beautician suggested it. You should use cleansers early on though. Again you should be careful in choosing the right cleansers. The regimen to follow is cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize.

I am not sure about developing bacteria on your face because of home remedies. It is possible when you use remedies that are gone bad or left too long on your skin. That is why home remedies should always be fresh. Also you need to make sure that you wash it out completely with cold fresh water. I am not a fan of leaving things on my face overnight as I was told that you need to let your skin breathe.

Plastic surgery seem a bit drastic to what you are mentioning. Have you started putting on weight lately (overall body)? If you have then your face is probably gaining some weight. Every body is different and people put on weight different parts of the body first. Yours maybe the face. So start exercising and eat healthy and maintian your weight.
For face that is dull, you need to nourish from inside. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Also exfoliate your skin every other day. You can buy exfoliants in the store or use sugar to gently scrub after cleansing. Be very gentle as sugar can cause harm if you are not gentle. Scrub in a circular motion until it all dissolves and wash with cold water. When washing the face, alwasy use cold water to rejuvenate the skin.
