I' ve started a routine to excersise for atleat 30 minutes to lose weight. First of all, can anyone suggest me some warm-up excersises because my body produces cramps after 2 or 3 minutes of excersicing. And I don' t sweat much so I guess I am not losing much weight. Also I get tired very fast. After like 20 minutes of excersising my body gets extremely exchausted and my legs hurt for 4 or 5 days so I cannot excersise on those days too. Also, I cannot spare much time to excersise since I have a really busy life. Can anyone suggest some warm-up excersises, moves that make you sweat a lot and how to make my legs hurt less. Lastly, Can honey and lemon reduce my weight if I drink them in the morning or after dinner, but doesnt honey contain a lot of calories so if helps, how does it?

You can do any exercise, but if it causes cramps, they arent right for you.
You can walk, or bicycle or do some other exercise. You dont have to power-train your muscles.
Take a break after 5 or 10 minutes
do exercises on alternate days.
Sweating alot doesnt mean loosing weight, you dont have to sweat to loose weight.
Honey and lemon do nothing, i wish it would, we would prescribe it to everyone.
